PetFriendlyPad started from a simple frustration: searching for a long-term rental with a pet and finding "pets OK" listings that turn out to have weight limits, breed bans or surprise pet rent.
We're building a national site for long-term, pet-friendly rentals only — no hotels, no vacation rentals — where every listing shows the full pet policy up front. We're brand new and launching first in Austin, Denver and Tampa.
We don't scrape listings or invent reviews. Every listing will come directly from the landlord or property manager.
